From burnout to balance
A few years ago our founder hit a wall. Long hours, constant noise, and an anxious mind that never quite switched off. Coffee and willpower had stopped working.
A friend suggested a walk in the woods and a cup of lion's mane tea. It sounded too simple. But that small ritual became a daily anchor, and the curiosity it sparked turned into years of learning from growers, mycologists and herbalists.
PolkaDot is the result: functional mushrooms grown with care, tested with rigor, and designed to fit gently into real life.
