If you are not completely happy with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund your purchase. You do not need to return opened products.
How to request a refund
Email support@polkadot.example with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Damaged or missing items
If anything arrives damaged or is missing, let us know within 7 days and we will send a replacement at no cost.
